Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging


Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability. Damaged items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.


If your package is lost in transit or arrives marked as delivered but cannot be located, please reach out and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
