Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Handmade items may require additional processing time during high-volume periods or launches.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays. Once your order has been shipped, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package experiences delays, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
